THE INTENTIONAL PARENT

Our just ended PTA meeting, themed “The Intentional Parent,” was a meaningful and enriching gathering for our school community. The meeting focused on the critical role parents play in intentionally guiding their children toward academic excellence and overall well-being.

We were privileged to host the Head of Examinations from the Nsawam Municipal Assembly (GES), who spoke on examination preparedness and the importance of active parental involvement in supporting learning at home. Parents were encouraged to create structured study routines and maintain close communication with teachers to enhance student performance.

A Pediatric Doctor also addressed parents on child health, emphasizing proper nutrition, regular medical check-ups, and attention to children’s emotional and mental well-being. The session highlighted that healthy children are better equipped to succeed academically.

The meeting was interactive and insightful, reinforcing the message that intentional parenting requires awareness, commitment, and collaboration. Together, parents and teachers reaffirmed their shared responsibility in nurturing responsible, healthy, and successful children.
