HUGS AN SMLE DAY

On Friday, February 13, our school celebrated Hug and Smile Day in line with the spirit of Valentine’s Day, with the aim of teaching students the importance of love, kindness, and sharing. The day created a warm and cheerful atmosphere where students were encouraged to show care for one another through smiles, friendly greetings, and positive interactions.

Throughout the celebration, teachers guided students through simple discussions and activities that emphasized loving one another, respecting differences, and sharing with friends. Students learned that love is not only expressed through gifts, but also through kindness, helpfulness, and compassion in their everyday lives.

The celebration ended on a joyful note as students exchanged gifts with one another. This activity reinforced the lesson of giving and sharing, helping students understand the joy that comes from making others happy. The exchange was done in a friendly and inclusive manner, promoting unity and togetherness among the children.
