STAFF BONDING AT OBOADAKA WATERFALLS

Our staff recently embarked on a refreshing team-bonding trip to Obodaka Waterfalls, aimed at strengthening teamwork, unity, and collaboration among members of staff.

Set in a serene natural environment, the visit provided an opportunity for staff to relax, connect, and interact outside the classroom setting. Through group activities, conversations, and shared experiences, staff members built stronger relationships and renewed their sense of purpose as a team.

The calm atmosphere of the waterfalls encouraged reflection, laughter, and open communication, helping to boost morale and promote mutual understanding. It was a well-deserved break that allowed staff to recharge physically and mentally after a demanding term.

This team-bonding exercise reaffirmed our school’s commitment to staff welfare and the belief that a united and motivated staff is essential for delivering quality education. We return inspired, energized, and more committed to working together to achieve excellence for our learners.
